1. Data controller

2. Data collected

Account: email address, language, declared country, creation date. No password is stored (login by emailed link).
Settings: declared bankroll, risk profile, selected bookmakers, display preferences.
Logged bets: the bets you enter voluntarily (match, pick, odds, stake, result) for your own tracking.
Subscription: Stripe customer ID, plan, status, period dates. Card data is processed exclusively by Stripe.
Technical: IP address, browser type, detected country, access logs (kept 30 days), session cookies.

We collect no banking data from your bookmaker accounts and never connect to them.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service, managing the account and subscriptions: performance of the contract.
Invoicing and accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation.
Security, prevention of fraud and abuse, age limits: legitimate interest.
Transactional emails (login link, invoices, alerts you enable): performance of the contract.
Information about the service and its changes: legitimate interest, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your data and do not run targeted advertising.

4. Retention

Account data and settings: for the life of the account, then 3 years after the last activity.
Logged bets: for the life of the account; deleted with the account.
Invoicing data: 10 years (accounting obligation).
Technical logs: 30 days.

5. Processors and recipients

Your data is processed by the following providers, bound by GDPR-compliant processing agreements: Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare (hosting of the website and application, network protection, inbound email routing), DigitalOcean (computation engine), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery). Odds data comes from The Odds API and contains no personal data.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers are established in the United States. Transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.

7. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: authentication session and chosen language. No advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. Audience statistics, if enabled, are aggregated and free of personal identifiers (Cloudflare Web Analytics).

8. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. You can delete your account from your account area or by writing to info@proba.bet. We reply within 30 days.

9. Complaints

You may contact the data-protection authority of your country.

10. Minors

The service is prohibited to minors. If we find that an account belongs to a minor, it is deleted.
