Terms of use
Last updated: 17 September 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the proba.bet website and the Proba Bet application (the "Service"), published by MFT Andorra LLC ("we"). Any use of the Service constitutes full acceptance of these terms, of the privacy policy and, for paid subscriptions, of the terms of sale.
2. Description of the Service
Proba Bet is decision-support software. From public bookmaker odds it computes an estimated probability for each outcome, flags odds that deviate from that estimate ("mispriced bets" or value bets), identifies odds combinations across bookmakers ("surebets"), suggests a stake size based on parameters entered by the user, and lets the user log their own bets to track results.
The Service takes no bets, holds no funds, sells no tips and connects to no bookmaker account. It provides statistical information; the decision to bet, the choice of operator and the amount staked rest solely with the user.
3. Eligibility
The user declares that they are 18 or over (or the legal betting age in their country of residence, if higher), that they reside in a country where using such software and sports betting are not prohibited, and that they are not subject to any gambling exclusion. It is the user's responsibility to check the legality of the operators they bet with. We may refuse or close an account where any of these conditions is in doubt.
4. Account
Registration is by email address. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of access to their mailbox and for any activity carried out from their account. An account is strictly personal: sharing credentials, reselling access or using one account for several people is prohibited.
5. No guarantee of winnings
The probabilities, edges (EV), suggested stakes and closing line values (CLV) displayed are statistical estimates, computed from third-party data that may be delayed, incomplete or erroneous. No winnings are guaranteed. Sports betting carries a risk of losing all amounts staked. The user must never stake more than they can afford to lose.
6. User undertakings
The user undertakes to: comply with applicable laws, including gambling laws in their country; not use the Service to place bets automatically with bookmakers; not extract, copy, resell or redistribute Service data (odds, probabilities, alerts), including by scraping or through the API beyond their plan's quotas; not attempt to circumvent plan limits; not disrupt the operation of the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its code, algorithms, texts, the Proba Bet trademark and the Babeth character belong to MFT Andorra LLC. The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence limited to the duration of their access. Bets logged by the user remain their data.
8. Availability and changes
We use reasonable means to keep the Service available, without guarantee of continuity. The Service depends on third-party data providers; an interruption or a change in their terms may affect the Service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, with notice by email in the event of a substantial change.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MFT Andorra LLC shall not be liable for betting losses, lost profits, decisions taken on the basis of Service information, downtime, third-party data errors, or account closures and limitations decided by bookmakers. Our total liability, on any ground, is limited to the amounts paid by the user over the last twelve months. Nothing herein limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, use by a minor or abusive behaviour, after notice by email except in urgent cases. The user may delete their account at any time from their account area or by writing to info@proba.bet.
11. Responsible gambling
Gambling carries risks: debt, isolation, dependency. The Service displays this reminder permanently. The user may request the suspension of their account at any time. Help services exist in every country.
12. Changes
We may amend these terms. Substantial changes are notified by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States), subject to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the user's country of residence. Any complaint must first be sent to info@proba.bet. Failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts are those of the consumer user's place of residence or those of Wyoming. Consumers in the European Union may use the online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
