1. Purpose

These terms govern the subscription to paid plans of the Proba Bet service, offered by MFT Andorra LLC, 111 NE 1st Street, 8th Floor, Suite 89198, Miami, FL 33132, United States, EIN 35-2926144 ("we"). They supplement the terms of use and the privacy policy.

2. Description of the service

Proba Bet is decision-support software for adult sports bettors: estimated probabilities, detection of misaligned odds, combinations across bookmakers, stake calculation and tracking of the bets logged by the user. The service takes no bets and guarantees no winnings.

3. Plans and prices

Three paid plans are offered, as monthly or yearly subscriptions: Starter, Pro and Sharp. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page before any subscription, in euros; they may be adapted to the user's billing country and are shown exclusive of tax, the applicable VAT or sales tax being added at checkout according to the customer's country. A free plan (Free) exists with no time limit. We may change our prices with 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from the next renewal.

4. Trial period

Every new account receives a 14-day free trial with access to the Pro plan, without a payment card. At the end of the trial the account automatically switches to the Free plan; nothing is charged without the explicit subscription to a paid plan. One trial per person.

5. Order and payment

Subscription is completed online through our payment provider Stripe. We never have access to card numbers. Payment is due at the start of each period (month or year). If a payment fails, the user is informed by email and the charge is retried for 3 days; failing that, the subscription is suspended and the account returns to the Free plan, without deletion of data.

6. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is entered into for the chosen period and renews automatically for an identical period. The user may cancel at any time, free of charge, from their "Account" area (management portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access is maintained until that date. A plan change during a period is prorated.

7. Right of withdrawal and guarantee

In accordance with consumer regulations, the user has a 14-day withdrawal period from their first payment. By subscribing, the user requests immediate access to the service; if they withdraw within this period, we refund the first payment in full on simple request to info@proba.bet, no questions asked. Subsequent renewals are not refundable, as the user may cancel before each due date.

8. Availability

We aim for 99.5 % availability excluding scheduled maintenance. The service depends on third-party data and hosting providers; we cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by those third parties or by force majeure.

9. Liability

The service provides statistical estimates, not advice. Betting decisions belong to the user. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last twelve months. Nothing herein limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Invoicing

An invoice is issued for each payment and available in the "Account" area. Businesses may enter their VAT number at checkout.

11. Changes to these terms

Any substantial change is notified by email 30 days before it takes effect. A user who refuses it may cancel free of charge before that date.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States), subject to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the user's country of residence. Prior complaint: info@proba.bet. Consumers in the European Union may use the online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts are those of the consumer's place of residence or those of Wyoming.
